This Simple Boy One Year Cake Smash session has to have one of the cutest babes with amazing smiles and reactions. Of course, this set was easy so focus was on babe. We have this background greenery for all clients to use if desired. 
The best part of this session, though, is this babe’s facial expressions throughout the whole shoot! Believe me, I am the biggest fan of those precious serious shots, but sessions like this where I get every facial expression in the book don’t come often enough! He was not holding back on those sweet smiles and giggles and it was all the better for the shoot. Speaking of facial expressions, they are one of the best parts of cake smash shoots. It’s so funny to see them look up at you in such excitement to be able to destroy that cake- it’s such a boy thing to do, too! 
Cake smashes are great for celebrating milestones in your little one’s life. We celebrated this little guy’s first birthday in this one! Cake smashes typically come with pre smash photos, of course the smash pictures, and a post smash rubber ducky bubble bath. We opted out of the latter for this little’s session, though, and went for just a few shots with that little rubber ducky after the smash- and it was so cute! One of my biggest aims here at Stevie Cruz Photography is to be able to make everything as easy for you as possible. That’s why we have to sweetest dessert connection here to provide you with the custom sweets needed for smashes. Cakes aren’t the only thing we let the littles get their hands on here, though. In the past we have done cakes, cupcakes, even giant donuts! We would love to make the session as personalized for you as you would like.
There’s nothing in this world like seeing your new baby and knowing you get to raise and love them for the rest of their lives. As a mom, I know how fast your kids grow and how quickly time flies, and therefor how important it is that you get these sweet pictures of them to hold on to and cherish. They will always be yours, but they won’t always be small. These photos are so sweet to hang around your house and always remind yourself of the blessings in your life.
