Newborn photography is my jam! Ok I mean strawberry jam. Just kidding but yes I love it.
I just can’t wait to share this adorable baby boy newborn photoshoot. This little one’s sweet mama has been waiting months and months to be able to schedule his session. I remember the day she came in over a year ago expressing how excited she would be the day she would be able to hire me. Fast forward 18 months after some long waited days and weeks she finally got her wishes. Mama Jen works as an ultrasound technician so she frequently chats with expecting parents and shares in their excitement as they welcome new life. Today she had the chance to schedule her own session for her 3rd son. Jen was over the moon about this little guy of hers.
I loved how easy he was to pose. He snuggled into my arms the moment I picked him up. Newborn photoshoots like these are one of the many reasons I love my job so much. My job as a photographer is to freeze time for you, meaning freeze a moment in time and document it for a lifetime. Trust me, as a mom, I know how much we are always wishing we could just pause a moment and stay there. Life goes by so quickly.
For these sessions, I pose the babies in multiple ways with multiple garments and accesories. I like to get pictures of them both sleeping and awake. We want to make this as easy for you as possible, as such we do not expect you to bring in any props or items for the session as we have everything that will be needed for the session.
